Founder and Designer behind Lokalt Studio.

I’ve always been fascinated by how brands express their voice and build an impactful identity. That curiosity became the foundation of Lokalt Studio, and it continues to guide how I approach every project.

I love art, I love pop culture, I love building community, I love telling stories through visuals, and I love finding creative ways of putting all those puzzle pieces together for you and your dream brand.

My affinity for art and expression began at an early age. My grandmother being a watercolor artist, taught me how to sketch swans and paint a wash (not very well) at the age of 5. I can still smell her studio - a mix of wet cotton paper and 'burnt umber'- even with her French doors always being open. My family is full of creatives who have always celebrated expression, and made it something to take pride in.

My Mission

How It Started

Originally, my career plan to scratch that creative itch was through interior design. Though it is still a major passion of mine, I had an opportunity to test out the branding and web design waters while I was still in school, and quickly fell in love. I spent over two years as the designer for an established marketing agency, and recently decided to take a leap of faith and start my own design studio.

Lokalt is the Norwegian word for local; "locally inspired", it represents everything connected, and authentic— the people and stories that give a community or brand its unique identity. My passion for art is as strong as ever, and Lokalt is a pathway for me to nurture and build a community with likeminded creatives and entrepreneurs. <3
